Arrival and Exploration in Kandy

Arrive at Colombo's Katunayake International Airport and transfer to Kandy. After checking in at your hotel, embark on an afternoon city tour of Kandy. Visit the bustling Kandy Bazaar, a Gem Museum, and a lapidary. Explore the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, home to nearly 4,000 plant species and surrounded by the picturesque Mahaweli River. In the evening, experience the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic and immerse yourself in Sri Lanka's vibrant culture at the Kandy Cultural Show, featuring 12 unique folk and traditional dances. Overnight stay at your hotel in Kandy.
